Description
Vinyl has oil that is absorbed by most adhesives which cause the adhesive to turn gooey, gummy, and ultimately lose bond. This particular patch kit contains an inhibitor that blocks the oils found in vinyl resulting in a long-lasting feature. This vinyl adhesive can also be used underwater.
