Recommended Installation

Although sensors can be mounted directly in the main recirculation line, CHEMTROL® recommends installing in a Flow Cell Assembly (FCA) or weatherproof Sensor Cell Cabinet for:

• Improved accuracy and stability

• Easier servicing and calibration

• Added protection from environmental wear

• ⚠️ Always calibrate sensor per CHEMTROL® controller instructions for accurate readings

• ⚠️ Use in conjunction with CHEMTROL® controllers (such as CH250, PC2100, or PC6000) for automated water chemistry control

• ⚠️ Inspect cable regularly for wear; ensure watertight connections

• ⚠️ Replace sensor if readings become unstable despite calibration
